GSA Adds 131 Small Businesses to OASIS+

Introduction
What Just Happened?
The General Services Administration (GSA) has named 131 additional small businesses as apparent awardees under its OASIS+ contract vehicle. These firms span all five small-business set-aside tracks, including SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), and Total Small Business.
Who’s On the List?
These awards are distributed across the five socio-economic set-asides:

-
8 in the Total Small Business track.
-
4 in the Women-Owned Small Business track.
-
3 in the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) track.
-
2 in the HUBZone track.

-
Next steps: Formal notifications and notices‑to‑proceed will likely go out starting July 2, with task‑order pitch opportunities launching immediately after.

Tips for Federal Contractors
-
Sharpen Your Task Order Approach: Now is the time to rethink your go-to-market strategy—identify domain roles you're best suited for (e.g., technical, environmental, advisory), and tailor your capability statements accordingly
-
Leverage eBuy & VSC Effectively: Rapid response capability matters. Ensure alerts are on and proposal templates are ready.
-
Monitor Rolling Waves:Keep tabs via SAM.gov and GSA Interact. Though no batch size is guaranteed, earlier track records suggest more waves of similar volume.
-
Track Socioeconomic Trends:Partial award breakdowns show heavy skew toward certain tracks (e.g., 114 small businesses in 8(a), about 131 additional in this round). Understand which domain or status groups are trending to target your pursuit.
